Terms & Conditions of Sale
Unless otherwise stated, all prices for quoted injection moulding, post moulding processes & tooling are GST excluded and delivery exclusive. Prices may be subject to change without notice.
Purchases
Poly Industries will not
be held liable for any compatibility issues arising from the use of products
manufactured for the clients with client owned tooling. It is the purchaser's
responsibility to ensure their parts suit your requirements.
Delivery
Unless otherwise stated as free into store (FIS), all freight
costs will be borne by the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for any loss or damage to goods
in transit by any courier or postal service. It is the responsibility
of the purchasers to check all products they ordered are complete and
in good order and condition before final payment is made.
Payment
All payments are strictly
30 days net from the end of the month of invoice. Payment can be made
by cheque, COD or direct deposit all charges incurred as a result of dishonoured
cheques is the responsibility of the customers.
Return Policy
Any deposit paid is not refundable should the client cancel their order(s).
Clients are responsible
to find / obtain the correct components for their needs. Products are
not exchangeable, returnable and refundable after sale, unless they are
faulty or wrongly delivered. Poly Industries is responsible for warranty
on any faulty products, deemed faulty by QC. All claims for faulty product, damaged product, product not meeting the
quality standards of the purchaser, non delivery, part delivery or incorrect
product or quantity must be lodged with Poly Industries within 5 working
days of delivery being effected
Title
Legal title of any goods provided by Poly Industries
Pty Ltd shall not pass to any party until payment in full has been received
by Poly Industries and Poly Industries shall be entitled to unpaid vendor's
lien on all such goods and services until payment is so received. The buyer shall take delivery at the buyer's nominated address and risk
in respect to the goods shall pass on such delivery. Poly Industries may
at any time terminate and contract relating to the goods and bailment
without notice to the buyer and may thereupon take possession of the goods. The buyer authorizes Poly Industries by its servants or agents to enter
any premises owned, leased or otherwise occupied, by reasonable force
to obtain such possessions. If the goods are sold by the buyer, the Buyer acknowledges that such
a sale by the buyer as bailer for and on behalf of Poly Industries to
hold the proceeds of sales on trust for Poly Industries until payment
in full to Poly Industries.
