Consistent quality is the cornerstone of Poly Industries’ reputation, and it is an entrenched part of the culture. We are immensely proud of the ISO / ANZ 9001:2000 Quality Certification from SAI Global we have attained, however we do not rest on our laurels, and it is necessary to continually ensure staff at all levels are totally committed to making sure our customers' quality expectations are exceeded. For this reason all employees actively participate in the continuous improvement processes.
To ensure our production exceeds our clients’ expectations, we use high precision Engel, and Toshiba moulding machines coupled with Shop Floor Manager, Computer Process control system to monitor all machines and environmental variables.

Quality Policy

Poly Industries Pty Ltd aims to be the acknowledged leaders in the field of plastic polymer processing by the quality of the goods and services it provides, and in the standards of its operation.

We will achieve this because we:

Develop, produce and deliver quality products, services and innovative solutions, consistent with our customers' needs and expectations;

Maintain a high standard of safety and reliability throughout our business;

The procedures outlined in this quality manual describe how the quality system is designed to ensure that the client’s requirements are recognised and that constant monitoring of those requirements is established, implemented and maintained.

To help achieve these goals and objectives, the company shall hold regular management review meetings. These meetings will be used as the forum to assess any quality problems as they arise, and employ any methods necessary to eliminate those non-conformances. We shall constantly review all the methods used, and strive to correct or improve any techniques as required.

Above all we shall all strive together towards the common goal, Quality!
